MENTORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing any 1:1 mentorship or coaching service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
ACCESS & AVAILABILITY
Mentorship support is provided Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST.
Communication takes place via Telegram.
I will check Telegram and respond approximately twice per business day.
Support is not provided on weekends, holidays, or outside stated business hours.
Response times may vary based on volume, but all messages will be answered within a reasonable timeframe during business hours.
ZOOM CALLS
Any Zoom calls included in your mentorship must be scheduled within the mentorship timeframe.
Missed or no-show calls will not be rescheduled.
Zoom calls are for educational and mentorship purposes only.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason once mentorship is purchased.
This includes, but is not limited to: lack of use, change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or early termination by the client.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full term of the mentorship.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed against my business will result in a $250 fee per dispute, which will be invoiced to you.
Chargebacks are considered a breach of these terms.
Failure to resolve chargeback fees may result in collection efforts and termination of mentorship access.
TERMINATION
I reserve the right to terminate mentorship access immediately if a client is disrespectful, abusive, or violates these terms.
No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.
NO GUARANTEES
Mentorship is educational in nature. Results are not guaranteed.
You are responsible for implementing advice and making decisions for your business.
I am not liable for business outcomes, financial decisions, or results based on mentorship discussions.
